    Dear BlackBaseball/Negro Leagues;

    IF there are no surviving members of the Indianapolis Clowns from the late 1930’s or 1940’s, I know of a senior citizen, living, thriving in New York City, who was a documented or proven member of the Clowns,

    IF interested in a photo or other information related to his life and times with the League, you may contact me, his neice OR Google with the title; JUGGLING JOE TAYLOR, an article is available there, minus contact information however.

    He lives with us and IF a return email is sent, he will contact you. He is 83 yrs old.

    Yours in Truth and Respect for History/Heritage;

    I WILL BE 85 YEARS OLD IN MAY OF THIS YEAR, I GREW UP WITH THE KANSAS CITY MONARCHS, AND I SAW ALL THE TEAMS THAT PLAYED IN THE NEGRO LEAGUES.
    I AM A GREAT FAN OF THE MONARCHS , BUT I ALWAYS ENJOYED WHEN THE INDIANAPOLIS CLOWNS CAME TO PLAY BECAUSE THEY FEATURED, GOOSE TATUM, AND KING TUT..
    I AM INTERESTED IN GATHERING ALL THE INFORMATION THAT I CAN ON THE HISTORY/HERITAGE OF YOUR UNCLE, JUGGLING JOE TAYLOR, TO ADD TO MY COLLECTION.
    THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

    I’m a juggling historian and have just obtained a juggling ring that belonged to Juggling Joe Taylor. I’d love to communicate with him a bit. I’ll be adding the juggling ring to http://www.historicaljugglingprops.com in the coming week and will honor Joe on that site. I would love to email with him. Thanks.
